Waunakee Police K-9 Capital Campaign: The WCF was a kick-off day contributor to the police department's successful fundraising campaign for a replacement K-9 Officer in Waunakee. The $2,000 donation helped the department exceed their goal by several thousand dollars. The WCF also made a significant contribution 10 years ago when the first K-9 Officer was placed on duty in Waunakee.

Waunakee Neighborhood Connection: WCF contributed nearly $30,000 to the Waunakee Neighborhood Connection for their new building capital campaign. The WNC purchased the former UW Health building on Century Avenue which is being remodeled and will serve as a permanent location. The WNC operates a store that takes in donations and provides them free of charge to anyone who needs them. They also operate several other client focused programs.
